Fingers crossed, looks like there’s another South wind opportunity for this weekend. What does that mean…well, there’s a new Weatherford route I’ve been crazy to share with all and finally an open weekend to make its introduction. Noting that the routes are predominately North-South routes, a South wind means tailwind finish. The ride starts near Weatherford High School and heads south via Tin Top to reach Granbury. Once there, the routes return while meandering on some club familiar roads till almost the end where more new roads will again be introduced. There will be plenty of flat stretches, low-grade climbs and a few interspersed challenging climbs. The overall routes are rural with some incredibly quiet spots. Come out, ride and appreciate the amazing area we live in.

Three route distances of 62, 54 and 35 will be offered.

Cue sheets with noted rest stops provided at start (free); or, navigate easily with the .tcx files found at the below Ride With GPS hyperlink. The .tcx files provide the vetted/clean version of the cue sheet as seen on the website.
