The San Antonio Wheelmen would move the base of operations to Kerrville
State Park. Don Turgeon would direct the event for the San Antonio club
six times (1977, 1978, 1981, 1985, 1989, and 1993). San Antonio would make
the fourth and final club to take part in the rotation of hosting the event.
